Position Overview
This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating and expediting all project-related activities, including scheduling, inspection, logistics management, and supplier relations, managing project risks, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Initiation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Create project charters and secure necessary approvals.
Provide a project management system or flow; create Click-Up automation and dependencies based on tasks.
Team Leadership:Assemble and lead project teams, providing clear direction, roles, and responsibilities.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Set performance expectations and manage team dynamics.
Execution and Monitoring:
Ensure the project progresses according to the plan.
Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules.
Track project deliverables and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
Communication and Reporting:
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, team members, and project sponsors ,( Hubspot, Click-Up, HubSpot)
Regularly update project status, issues, and risks through reports and meetings.
Prepare project status reports.
Quality Assurance:
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
Monitor and report on quality metrics throughout the project.
Change Management:
Evaluate and manage change requests, assessing their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget.
Implement change management processes and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders.
Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Documentation and Knowledge Management:
Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and reports.
Foster knowledge sharing and best practices within the project team.
Project Closure:
Ensure all project objectives are met and obtain client or sponsor sign-off.
Conduct project reviews, document lessons learned, and recommend future projects.
Complete all project closure activities, including financial closure and resource release.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Project Management, etc.
Proven experience in project management, a minimum of five [5] years.
Has experience working with US clients.
Has a minimum of 1- 2 years of experience with a Project Management Tool
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus but not required.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Expert ClickUp experience in dashboard views, dependencies, and automation.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship LiaisonServe as the primary point of contact between clients and the marketing team, ensuring smooth communication of requests and updates.
Support the Account Manager by taking and prioritizing client requests.
Provide timely feedback to clients, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the progress of ongoing marketing initiatives.
Email Management & Content ApprovalCollaborate with the content and design teams to review and approve all marketing materials (emails, blog posts, social media content, etc.) before they are sent out or published, ensuring they meet the client’s standards and brand guidelines.
Manage approval workflows and ensure necessary sign-offs from key stakeholders (including the account manager and chief magic officer) to ensure all marketing content is delivered on time and within scope.
Manage client emails and ensure clear, timely communication regarding project progress, content approvals, and any revisions needed.
Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the client’s goals, ensuring brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Conduct regular reviews of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to shape the client’s 2025 marketing roadmap.
Campaign Management
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of cross-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, content, email, SEO/SEM, print, events, etc.).
Monitor campaign progress, adjusting strategies and ensuring campaigns remain within budget and deadlines.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, offering recommendations to maximize ROI and refine future efforts.
Brand ManagementEnsure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with the design, content, and communications teams to create impactful, on-brand content.
Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure the integrity of the brand across all marketing materials.
Content Creation and OptimizationOversee the development of content (blog posts, articles, videos, social media content, white papers, etc.) that aligns with the client’s marketing objectives.
Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and engagement.
Use performance data to fine-tune content strategies and improve content engagement across platforms.
Market Research and AnalysisConduct ongoing market research to uncover customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
Analyze customer data, feedback, and behavior to develop actionable insights for targeted marketing strategies.
Perform competitive analysis to identify areas of improvement and differentiation for the client.

Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports executing marketing initiatives and event logistics to drive client engagement and brand visibility. This role combines organizational skills, creativity, and communication to deliver results across campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain client relationships to meet and exceed campaign goals.
Communicate proactively with all customers to identify new campaign opportunities, provide customer service, and ensure accounts receive their intended campaigns.

Position Overview
The DRM Event Manager is responsible for overseeing particular tasks throughout the event planning process. Their duties include meeting with vendors at the venue location to help with set-up, running errands for supplies and decorations and working with staff to ensure the completion of a successful event. Someone who uses their attention to detail and their organization tactics to ensure that an event meets and exceeds a client’s expectations. They can also find quality vendors and venue locations while staying within the desired budget. They do this by negotiating price points and working with clients to find compromises that add value to their event. The event coordinator should also have a range of skills that enable them to complete tasks that would cost more money to hire out, like setting up tablescapes and creating event posters.
